Hello. Ms. Smith. My name is __________, the customer service representative of ABC Office Supply. I'm returning your call regarding the custom stationary you ordered. I got your message saying that there were some problems with the design of your customized notepads. The restaurant's name needs to be bigger and the phone number is missing from the bottom. So, there should be no problem to have the right note pads to give out to your guests on opening days. We will resend the design layout for you to give us a final approval before we go into production. Since this is our mistake, we will give you a 10% discount coupon on bill. This is to compensate for the trouble we have caused you. I hope you will be satisfied, and please call us back once you check the design layout so we can go right into production. Thank you.

I prefer to make a decision on my own and there are several reasons to support my answer. Most of all, no matter what others say, I am the kind of person who would have to experience something to find out whether the decision is good for me or not. For example, last week I went to buy a cell phone from a famous cell phone maker. But when I was asking for others' opinions, they told me that the model that I wanted had some problem with the battery. However, I just ignored them and bought the modal that I wanted.

This is a picture of several people taking a rest outside. Most of them are on the left side of the picture, resting on their camp chairs. Between them, there is a pink air mattress and a woman is walking towards it. there is a car parked right behind them. And some of their belongings are scattered on the ground. On the right side of the picture, there is a woman sitting in a camping chair. She is petting her dog. The dog is quite big and tied up on the leash. I can see that they have set up a tent behind the woman. So it seems like they will stay overnight here at this camping site.
